• Transactions must be made from your registered mobile number.

7 Withdrawal Conditions

10 Game and Betting Conditions

All games available on h31com — slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, Mines and others — are operated using software from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming).

• The outcome of each game is determined by an automated Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• Once a round is complete, it is not possible to change or cancel the bet for that round.

11 Cricket and Sports Betting

Additional terms apply to sports betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, however rules may vary depending on the specific market type.

• The outcome of bets on all cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC depends on the official results.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected in any match, h31com reserves the right to keep the relevant bet under investigation.
• In live betting, odds may change — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are considered final.

12 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Fraudulent payments — using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus terms.
• Attempting to hack, crack or manipulate the game or betting system by any other technical means.
• Colluding against other members or conspiring with them.
• Providing false information to h31com staff.
• Playing games on behalf of or for minors.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.

13 Account Suspension by h31com
